F.O.R. Club (Friends of Rachel)
The club was founded after the Rachel's Challenge presentation at SHG on October 26, 2009.
The club members model acts of kindness throughout the school & community in hopes of starting a "chain reaction"! Much of the focus is on doing small things around the school to brighten someone's day. It includes writing nice notes, making cards, decorating cookies, etc. for SHG faculty, staff, & students.
This year, F.O.R. has teamed up with the American Red Cross Junior Heroes Campaign to help raise funds for local families affected by house fires and other disasters.

September/October Faculty Appreciation -- painting 'thank you!' gourds for each department!
Oct 3rd-- National Smile Day... members handed out stickers!
November 17-- F.O.R. table at Preview Night
December 1-- Decorating the Commons for Christmas
December 16-- To fundraise for the American Red Cross Junior Heroes Campaign, F.O.R. members organized a Christmas sweater day!
