Snowflurry
F.I.R.E. club members participate in Operation Snowball's Snowflurry program. SHG students spend a half-day at local elementary schools, where they teach younger children the importance of staying drug free through skits, games, and small group activities. Snowflurry occurs throughout the year.
What some of Cathedral's 4th graders had to say about Snowflurry:
"I have been waiting for this since 3rd grade. You made my day... when I go to SHG I want to be a Snowflurry like you" ~Kaitlyn
"...I don't think I've ever had so much fun in my life..." ~Maisie
"... I think people who drink stink..." ~Molly
"Everybody wants to fail fourth grade so we can have you again. You were awesome... "~Brendyn
"...You taught us that drugs and alcohol are bad... I'm never ever going to do drugs and beer!" ~David
